Scenario Planning: Tackling the "What-ifs?" Nonprofit Program Online

Whether it’s shifts in federal policies, funding sources, or local conditions, there are many reasons why 2025 could be keeping you up at night. Scenario planning is a structured process to help leaders name and prepare for what could happen, mitigate risk, and even spot opportunities created by potential external changes. This session will orient you to the principles and process of scenario planning and provide tools to help your leadership team think through your what-ifs.
